STATE BANK SPARTA Teller Supervisor in SPARTA, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provides accurate and timely service to our customers that include a variety of cash receipts and payment transactions in accordance with the institution's procedures. Directly supervises the teller I, II, III positions and is the back up to the Branch Manager in their absence. Responsible for observing, training, coaching and referral sales goals of the teller staff. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, cross-sells products & services when appropriate. Maintains and balances a cash drawer on a daily basis. Responsible for the operations and audit integrity of branch. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service related and banking experience preferred. Must possess a courteous and professional customer service attitude. Must possess effective problem solving skills. Must possess proven planning and organizational skills. Must possess basic mathematical skills. Must posses strong computer skills. Technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information.
