Position Summary: We are looking for a fulltime Registration Representative to work at Mayo Clinic Health System in Sparta.
This particular role will primarily based out of the new eye clinic.
The primary hours will be Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Responsibilities: The Medical Receptionist respectfully and accurately gathers demographic and insurance information, from both in- and outpatients to meet the needs of all departments and to see that the financial responsibility of each visit comes to the correct conclusion.
The Medical Receptionist also schedules all appointments and maintains the resource schedules for both inpatients and outpatients, and provides clerical support for the clinical department.
The Medical Receptionist will work with the Registration Supervisor, Lead Receptionist, and department Director to accomplish the above stated goals and will do so with professionalism, demonstrating the Mission and Values of Franciscan Skemp Healthcare.
Qualifications: Must meet standards for accuracy/attention to detail in registration and scheduling of appointments.
Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting or with medical insurance is helpful.
Advanced computer experience, including Microsoft Office products required.
Need to be flexible, adaptable, have strong communication and organizational skills.

Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
The minimum pay rate is $13.67 per hour.
Hours/Pay Period: 80
Schedule Details: Monday-Friday, 800 AM - 500 PM
Weekend Schedule: No weekends
