Purpose:

Using your skills in supervising skilled trades, you will oversee the complexproduction of made-to-order high-value capital equipment packaging machines forthe food, confectionery, and pharmaceutical industry. The selected candidate willsupervise electro-mechanical technicians to meet production schedules on time andon budget while ensuring quality worthy of the Bosch name. You will work toprovide assistance and direction to employees for work assignments, assemblyproblems, and machine setup. In addition, you will strive to develop and implementassembly methods aimed at higher efficiencies. Some key elements of the job are:

• Develop and continuously improve good manufacturing processes, work ethics,and attitudes


• Control expenses and scrap within established budgets


• Act as backup supervisor for other departments


• Assure that safe and healthy working conditions are met



• Utilize our ERP system SAP to provide good flow of parts through the assemblyarea

• Bachelor degree in business or technical field required



• Experience supervising skilled trades
