Job Title Lands' End Store Associate
Job Location Madison WI
Job Description Lands’ End is currently looking for part-time associates at our Prairie Towne Store in Madison, WI. We have openings for both Sales Associate and In Store Support Associate positions available. These associates play a key role in enhancing the experience of our customers and driving profitable sales by providing proactive assistance and support to our customers.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements Sales Associate
•Excellent selling skills to help drive sales by utilizing approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
•Provide the highest degree of customer service including courteously, conversationally greeting customers, adjusting individual customer attention based on store traffic and suggesting solutions based on customer interests and needs
•Maintains knowledge of Lands’ End products and services, along with current fashion trends to enhance level of customer service and generate sales
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
•Previous experience in retail strongly preferred
•Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business, including night and weekend shifts.
In Store Support Associate
•Responsible for stock replenishment and adhering to visual brand standards
•Perform promotional activities as needed
•Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines on projects/tasks
•Flexible and adaptable to change
•Previous experience in retail strongly preferred
•Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
