          Brief Description

          To develop and improve the systems and processes which are used in the development of company-wide WMS and TMS systems. Establish processes that include or link to receiving, storing, shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, standard work processes, and connectivity to other SCM and ERP systems. To work closely with Logistics, Sourcing, Operations, IS, Finance, Quality Assurance, Material Handling, Transportation and other cross-functional teams to establish modifications to existing or new processes that support the growth and profitability of Schreiber Foods. Responsible for WMS and TMS system administration affecting Distribution and Operations processes. To actively participate in Schreiber's Quality Commitment Process through continuous improvement of all work processes.

          Detailed Description


          Duties included:

          . Identify current system capabilities that are not being utilized to their full potential and work with appropriate partner groups to start utilizing these capabilities.

          . In a leadership role, work to create a culture, which embraces a system of strong internal controls, ensuring the safeguarding of SFI assets.

          . In a leadership role, work with various Purchasing teams to achieve results using quality tools and in the development of individual behaviors to build the professional competence of the Purchasing team through ongoing development of knowledge and skills.

          . Research new system capabilities and implement improvements to processes.

          . Responsible for establishing system methods and procedures for WMS/TMS and system documentation.


          Job Requirements


          We're looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will have:

          · WMS/TMS experience

          · 4-7 years of experience working in related field

          · Demonstrated project management, leadership and communication skills

          · Understand the industry and able to provide direction on current system processes

          . Knowledge of inputs and outputs of WMS/TMS and connected SCM systems. Proficient use of spreadsheets, flowcharting and presentations software.

          Amount of Travel 5-25 percent
