Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services. Detailed Description: Duties of the role include: * Listen and respond to the voice of the customer as part of the daily execution of sales management. * Develop and execute a business plan that ensures the achievement of volume, margin and profit targets. * Work cross functionally within Schreiber to develop, revise and implement programs to meet customer requirements. * Comprehensive follow through with internal and external customers to assure alignment with customer expectations. * Responsible for retaining and cultivating assigned customers and acquiring new customers. * Leads Strategic, Collaborative or multiple Value level customers or greater. * Has expert knowledge of company products and services. * Exercises strong judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Highly engaged in development of new business opportunities or emerging areas. * Partner is responsible for all geographies of their customer(s), which could include Global accounts. * Develop pricing programs to profitably grow our business in accordance with Schreiber pricing and service architecture and minimum margin requirements with existing and new product lines. Review and adjust existing pricing to optimize variable income.
