Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

FIS’ Talent Management team is leading the transformation of talent practices to enable FIS’ growth strategy. While this role sits within the People Office, your stakeholders are our employees and, ultimately, our customers. Join this dynamic global team for a chance to build FIS’ future.

Role Overview:

Performance Management:Work with the team to:

  • Oversee the annual Performance Management process for a population of 53,000. The team manages the process design, participant and People Office support, guidelines, tools, calendar, training, communication, and reporting.

  • Revamp the current performance management process to launch new process in 2018, working with the senior leaders and People Office business partners to define the philosophy, guidelines and practices throughout the year that help to tie goals & performance of employees to achievement of FIS’ business strategies.

Support other major efforts, including

  • Talent & succession planning: Work with the team to support Business Leaders and Senior People Office Partners to identify, forecast and prioritize talent needs, and develop/execute talent plans, including succession planning, and internal mobility efforts, to support business strategies and drive results.

  • Mobility: Champion internal talent growth and career development; create a culture of talent mobility and internal job fills.

  • Coaching & high potential development: 360 degree feedback; broker coaching, mentoring and development opportunities for targeted talent.

Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business administration or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

  • Exceptional analytic skills. Clear understanding of and strong focus on the talent market, competitors, regulatory, and marketplace trends.

  • Program and project management exposure/experience

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and to tell effective, compelling stories about products, programs, people, technologies, and accomplishments.

  • Commitment and ability to deliver on time with accuracy and quality.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex situations.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

  • Demonstrated business acumen.


  • 2+ years in a human resources/talent management/training environment with

  • Experience designing and/or administering performance management/annual reviews preferred

  • A plus - exposure to workforce analytics- either as a user or a designer/analyst
