JOB REQUIREMENTS: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, team oriented individual to join our team in the position of Collections Services Representative in our Appleton, WI P&L location. The Collections Services Representative will assist the Collections Branch Manager with branch administrative duties while adhering to corporate policies and procedures. Some of the essential responsibilities are as follows: 1. Provide memorable and outstanding Customer Service as defined by our corporate core values and our 5-Star Service expectations. SMILE THANK ASK RESPOND SERVICE Acknowledge each customer and smile during each interaction with the customer Ensure every interaction with each customer works in conjunction of creating a "raving fan" experience Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and ensure all messages are delivered to the appropriate team member in order for calls to be returned timely Apply our Corporate Values in every transaction with customers and assist the Collection Branch Manager to set this expectation with branch team members Participate in training opportunities and apply learned behaviors/practices within your position 2. Complete customer administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy in order to assist the Collection Branch in meeting their goals. Processes monthly branch expenses and invoices, handles all correspondence with detail accuracy and within company guidelines Navigate through GPS system to access customer information and update case information, documenting account activity in order to allow Branch Manager to determine account patterns regarding payment activity Receive and process all mail for the P&L location, ensuring all mail is completed, sorted and any action items from received mail are done within due dates to remain within compliance Maintain documentation and any other paperwork in regards to loan files, ensuring information is filed timely Assist with collection activity by using skip tracing methods, making contact by calling best known phone number and/or calling references Performs all administrative duties in regards to bankruptcy processing, including attorney contact by following company guidelines Orders and maintain office supplies for the branch 3. Support Cash Control within the Collection Branch by: Process post collection payments, creating daily deposit tickets and applying accounts payable general ledger activities accurately Make bank deposits as assigned Assist in all other banking related activity as requested by management ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements: Prior customer service experience required Strong organizational skills Effective and reliable written communication skills Aptitude for Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications Working knowledge of Gold Point Systems software preferred Chosen candidate will be required to successfully complete drug, background and credit screenings.
